JMF Slaughter is a locally owned and operated USDA Certified Mobile Slaughter Unit based in Sonoma County, California. We specialize in USDA beef slaughter. Our services are open to the public. We will be in operation as of March 25, 2021. JMF Slaughter believes that all animals should be treated humanely, and this belief is followed throughout the slaughter process. Owner, John M Fagundes, is born and raised in Santa Rosa, California. As a child he learned about cattle ranching from his Grandfather. John’s passion for ranching has stayed with him throughout his life and his dream has been to make a living working with cattle. Over the years he has grown his own herd and is a familiar face at auction yards in the area.
