Appetizers & drinks will be available during the event.

JMF Slaughter is a small business owned and operated by Johnny Fagundes, a fellow cattle producer that understands the importance of quality product and humane handling. All animals are treated with the same respect we would give our own livestock. Having local USDA mobile slaughter open to the public allows the customer to keep their products truly local. ALL BUYERS MUST REGISTER BEFORE THE SALE
NO BIDS WILL BE TAKEN FROM UNREGISTERED BUYERS
CARCASS DELIVERY IS INCLUDED IN THE SALE PRICE
CUT & WRAP AND/OR ADDITIONAL PROCESSING NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE PRICE

4 BEEF TO BE SOLD BY THE HALF
1 VEAL TO BE SOLD BY THE HALF
1 HOG TO BE SOLD BY THE HALF
4 LAMBS TO BE SOLD WHOLE


– IF YOU PURCHASE FOR A BUTCHER SHOP WE WILL DELIVER TO YOU
– if you are purchasing for a retail shop we can break carcass into a beef box (primals)
– IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FOR PERSONAL USE , WE CAN SET UP CUT & WRAP FOR YOU, OR WE WILL DELIVER TO A LOCAL BUTCHER SHOP OF YOUR CHOOSING.
